Developing a Marketing and Digital Strategy

The Digital and Marketing Strategy workshops were delivered by Helen Lang and Dan Gibson in February 2022. Helen Lang is a Senior Associate working with Mutual Ventures. She provided expertise on innovation, research, and digital skills development within the charitable sector. Helen also provided coaching support to many of the organisations on the Programme. Dan Gibson is an Account Director for Create Engage, a digital marketing agency.

 

The purpose of this workshop was to support the organisations to make their communications and marketing materials stand out. In the workshops, Helen and Dan provided guidance and tips on linking marketing to overall organisational goals, targeting and engaging specific audiences, simplifying communication messages, identifying new platforms to communicate with audiences, and making a digital marketing plan.
