Calling Barnsley Saturday Workshops

LUNG is offering free creative workshops at Barnsley Civic as part of the Calling Barnsley project

With drop-in arts, crafts and writing activities, there is something for something for everyone:

  • Every Saturday from January until March
  • 11am to 4pm
  • Barnsley Civic
  • Bring the family, try something new and let's get creative!

LUNG will also be partnering with The Salvation Army in Goldthorpe and Feels Like Home in Barnsley Town to create a piece of art that speaks to the themes of Calling Barnsley.

A group of people at a table doing arts and crafts with colorful paper; a man and a young boy smile while others watch, and a woman is cutting pink paper. The background shows more people and colorful posters on the wall.
A person wearing a bright yellow jacket stands inside a traditional red British telephone booth, holding the receiver to their ear. The booth has signage that reads "TELEPHONE" at the top.
An elderly person with gray hair reads colorful handwritten notes shaped like leaves, hanging on a white branch decorated with string lights. The person wears a striped sweater and orange earrings.
